We are an online-only pet shop and we are here to help. Email us at supportshopeverpaws@gmail.com or use the form on our Contact page, and we will reply within 1 working day (Monday to Friday).

Payment Methods
All payments are handled through our secure, encrypted checkout. Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout. We never see or store your full card details. All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP £).
Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Shop Ever Paws ("we", "us") collects and uses your personal information when you visit our website or place an order. We are the controller of your personal data under UK data protection law (UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018).
What we collect: your name, delivery and billing address, email address, phone number (if given), order details, messages you send us, and basic technical data such as your IP address and browsing activity on our site.
Why we use it:
to process, deliver and support your orders (performance of a contract);
to answer your questions and handle returns (performance of a contract / legitimate interests);
to keep our website secure and prevent fraud (legitimate interests);
to send you news and offers, only if you have opted in — you can unsubscribe at any time (consent);
to meet our legal and accounting obligations (legal obligation).
Who we share it with: only the partners we need to run the shop — our website and e-commerce platform (Wix), payment providers, the suppliers and delivery companies that fulfil your order, and professional advisers where required by law. We never sell your personal data. Some of these partners may process data outside the UK; where they do, appropriate safeguards are in place.
How long we keep it: order records are kept for up to 6 years for accounting purposes. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights: you can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your data, object to its use, or ask for a copy to move elsewhere. To make a request, email supportshopeverpaws@gmail.com. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Product Safety
Please always supervise your pet when using a new product, check items regularly for wear, and remove anything that becomes damaged. Follow the instructions supplied with each product.
